Park Model Tiny Homes are maximum 400 sq ft as per United States law. However, we can add an enclosed porch area to maximize your square footage up to 550 sq ft.
All of our homes are built to order. We do not have a retail location where you can view homes. However, we will have models available for viewing soon at our Whispering Woods Tiny Village in Jefferson North Carolina.
Lead time is usually 4-6 weeks from the date you leave your deposit.
